Don't remove them if you don't have too... but if you have decay and infection then you have to. The infection could cause sepsis which is far worse for you and your heart.

I’m a dentist for over 25 years. I can respect your opinion and here is mine: The probability to die from an infection from a wisdom tooth is higher than to die from a heart disease caused by extraction of wisdom teeth - assuming there is any connection at all. Choose wisely!

Correlation is not causation. Dentist here. Wisdom teeth are often extracted because of severe cavities or infection. Many people get heart disease from unrelated factors or it worsens with poor oral hygiene and gum disease, not wisdom teeth extractions.
