Today, I had the privilege of visiting the sacred Mahakal Temple in Darjeeling, where I prayed for the health, peace, and prosperity of the people of Bengal and our nation at large. May the divine grace of the Almighty provide strength to those affected by the recent floods and landslides in North Bengal, helping them overcome their losses and rebuild their lives. May hope return to every home, may happiness touch every heart, and may stability once again embrace their lives. Rescue and rehabilitation efforts are still continuing in full swing; our Maa-Mati-Manush Sarkaar is committed to ensuring that every affected person receives the help and support they need. As we have already established Jagannath Dham in Digha and are developing the Durga Angan in New Town, it is our vision to soon build a magnificent Mahakal Temple in Siliguri as well. This will not only stand as a beacon of faith and devotion but also as a symbol of Bengal’s spiritual unity and inclusive cultural identity. Joy Bangla!
