How about: 1. Upscale song 2. Structure prompting (like per section) 3. Mixing prompts (and notes) 4. Master sliders 5. Production notes: Shorten intro, add x arrangement, etc etc. 6. Multi-personas (for duets?) please don't ruin Suno by making it yet another DAW...

I finally received an email from Suno early this morning saying the refund will be processed. They now say the card cancellation will take another 2–3 business days. Honestly, this is absurd. For weeks, I sent multiple refund requests. No clear response. No confirmation.

So I have to ask: Do customers really have to publicly post on a company’s wall to get basic support? Are emails, payment processors, and chargeback requests completely meaningless? What about the mental stress and time wasted over these weeks? Who takes responsibility for that?

Just silence. The only reply I ever received was on Jan 28, telling me to “wait.” After that — complete radio silence. And suddenly, after I publicly commented on Twitter (X) and Instagram two days ago, the refund is magically approved.

One problem with Suno generations is it’s ultra polished. If I want a dirty sounding 80’s metal track, for example, I don’t want it to sound like it was recorded in a modern studio with the singer from nickel back. I know you can adjust the style to help this but what if there was a rawness/dirty/avante garde meter you can adjust so the generations aren’t so ultra polished?

Love Suno but everything generated on v5 has a hiss/static noise sound. This wasn’t as much of an issue with v4 (especially early on) - could you please address this? 🙏

That’s cool! One of the old issues is still there unfortunately. During the stems export, it adds ~1 second in the beginning. Of course it’s manually fixable in daw, but would be cool to have already aligned properly. Thanks!
