Despite multiple attempts to reach her by our environment officers she always responds with hostility and arrogantly claiming that nothing can be done to her. In response, today we arrested the caretaker, who is set to be arraigned in court. As a county government, we will not stand by and watch such blatant disregard for public health and environmental safety.
