With SeedSigner multilanguage support well on its way (9 languages & many more coming soon!!), it's finally time to return to the MicroPython port! Excited about this new rp2350 dev board. Screen + camera + touchscreen*... for $20!! 🤯

The key unlock is the integrated camera connector. That solves a bunch of issues that plagued my earlier build attempts. But QR decoding performance is still the big R&D make-or-break. We'll see. --- *(I do NOT expect to invest time in the touchscreen yet)

IF this R&D goes well, a few paths open: * people buy this $20 board + a cheap custom mounting pcb w/buttons to build a mostly off-the-shelf next gen @SeedSigner. * we rip off this board design & customize it: - w/buttons - OR a bigger touchscreen to make touch UX viable.

Forgot to mention: This dev board even has an SD card reader tucked in under the camera!

@SeedSigner @micropython As of today, yes! EVERY TIME I restart this effort I'm amazed by how much I've forgotten. So the next few days / weeks will be just retracing my steps and figuring out which pieces still make sense and what work can be discarded.
