Always the top hinge first.

And my grandfather did all that with a chalkline snap.

Hmmm. How’s he planning to fill the gap along the left cabinet & wall where cut the shims? Nobody know how to scribe a cabinet anymore?

Here. @grok draw it on the table

Try that on a solid plastered wall in the UK, you'll need more than a 1/4" shim to level those buggers out.

Wait…what is going on with that drill. I’ve been in construction for 25 years and have never seen that.

I install uppers first but I guess that’s just me..

CRCarpentryRemodeling on YouTube. The man does top quality work

He Drills two holes in the wall under the boxes. I would kick his ass

Try that in Europe 😂👍🏻

😮

He also has the patience for such a job. You can have all the tools you need, but if you rush things, something won't be right. Nice work.

Zesty as hell

wtf is this... LMAO, this is the funniest shit ive seen ever, yea sure... lets see you go try it, get your husband to buy all that shit, and learn it, it will be done next 4 years LOL... youll be eating and cooking in the dining room forever.

~ 7$/pair

🤣

I spotted the problem. He’s not using Milwaukee tools.

But why ?

The tools every bargain basement illegal alien doesn’t own or use

Been doing this for 40 years no biggie, If you don't own a drill level and a clamp hire someone .

Having the right tools is the way

Scary how far Americans in this department are behind!

I should have paid more attention in 10th grade geometry. 😔

Don't quit your tech job!! Totally wrong

Me, "Great everything is level and plumb, but wait why are the cabinet tops sloping to one side along the wall to the ceiling?" It is a joy when houses are level and plum when they are not it's time for fashia boards and shadow trickery to draw the eye away. The more you do specific and detailed work the more you see jobs where good and bad decisions were made.

What's needed is proficiency and experience, I think.

Geometry is key for perfect cabinet installation.

you hang the top cabinets 1st

Super!!!

I would never drill holes in clients wall under the uppers where they can see, that's just a no. Sometimes everything isn't all about being convenient for you 🤦♀️
