🚨Scott Jennings just royally messed up and said the quiet part out loud on CNN. While discussing Senator Mitch McConnell’s career coming to an end and the upcoming November election, Jennings said McConnell has “a few weeks to go.” That immediately struck me because McConnell’s Senate term is actually scheduled to end on January 3, 2027… roughly 25 weeks, or one week shy of six months, from now. That is a lot longer than just a “few weeks”. The timing matters, particularly because of the August 3rd Kentucky deadline that affects how a Senate vacancy is handled under state law. If McConnell dies prior to August 3, a special election has to be called. If McConnell dies after August 3, the seat will remain vacant and the November election will proceed as normal. McConnell is either brain dead or already dead, and they are trying to hide it from the American people. Why? Because the RINOs in Congress are doing everything they can to block President Trump’s SAVE AMERICA ACT. That is why they have been lying about the 20-minute phone calls with Senator John Thune and Senator John Barrasso, as well as Scott Jennings. Shame on all of them! BREAKING: Republican Senator Mitch McConnell appears to have had some sort of medical incident moments ago on Capitol Hill. During a press conference McConnell froze up mid-sentence, and then was escorted away from the podium. After some time, McConnell returned to the podium and said that he was fine. This definitely seems very concerning. I wish all the best to McConnell and his health. Hopefully he can have someone check him out. What are your thoughts on what just took place?

I’ll tell all of you what I told the news anchor just moments ago during a live hit: I don’t believe Senator Mitch McConnell is coming back to the Senate floor when it reconvenes on September 14. In my view, his staff simply needs to hold out until October, when the Senate leaves Washington and does not return until November 6. By then, based on Kentucky law, it would be too late to call a special election to replace Senator McConnell. If that happens, I believe McConnell will remain in office, with him and his staff continuing to collect their paychecks until the new Congress is sworn in in January.

He argues the Kentucky Constitution gives him that authority, calls the changes politically motivated, and says he’s prepared to fight the issue in court if a Senate seat becomes vacant, while wishing McConnell a full recovery.

Singh: When I was in the administration, you were incredibly critical of Secretary Austin not being transparent with the American people about his condition. And I find it just so interesting that you're not being critical of a sitting senator who represents the state of Kentucky, not being transparent with his constituents. We are at almost a month, and we have no idea why Mitch Mcconnell has been hospitalized. And you're not being critical. Jennings: if you want to be mean about me being concerned about my friend, you're welcome to do it.
