"Wizkid lied by saying he left EME without a dime. Wizkid owe EME record 3 albums. his deal with EME record was a 5 album deal, he has done 2 Solo albums, "SUPERSTAR" and "AYO" album before he decided to leave and I didn't hold him back. When he left I gave him all his royalties, and till today, EME we still do work for starboy and Wiz." - Banky W

Skales said he recorded Shake Body while he was at EME, but the label rejected it because they wanted him to just Rap. 😳 He added that Banky W later told him it all happened because God wanted EME to kick him out so he could achieve this level of greatness today.

Mavo went live on IG. Money Constant' was originally to be the lead single on my new project, 'Business'. Wizkid and DJ Tunize contacted me and expressed interest in collaborating. When I previewed 'Money Constant' for him, he paid me he said he love the song and paid Me a $100k. I almost declined the offer because I knew the song had the potential to be a major hit. Now, after all the support I provided to Wizkid, I reached out to him and asked him for a Collab on my project. He declined. He stated that we had already recorded a song together and that we should allow some time to pass before collaborating again. I never expected Wizkid to do this, because I no I have helped him after I gave him a hit song 'Money Constant.

SEOKHANGYU🥹🤍 Jeonghan actually got the invitation to the manchester city match, but dokyeom had really wanted to go even before he got the invitation, so he asked dokyeom & mingyu to join him #도겸 😇I was invited to the Manchester City match, but dokyeom had said that he really~ wanted to go to that game even before I got the invitation. So I asked dokyeom, and mingyu was there [with him] too, so I asked mingyu too, and that’s how we ended up going together

McAvoy said he texted Hagens last night and told him he hopes to see him soon: "I remember the guys reaching out to me. I remember talking to Torey Krug, who is one of the guys when I signed in Providence, and talking to him, and he had spent some time there. So I remember how much it meant to me. And I saw last night late that he signed, and I just wanted to flip him a message to wish him all the best. And I told him hopefully we'll see him soon."

Banky W is trending because Wizkid FC is dragging Ruth for saying Wiz would have been nothing without Banky W. His fans argued that he was already a star before Banky W signed him. And infact, if Banky hadn’t signed him, Banky would have been irrelevant today. Banky W met Wizkid at a studio in Surulere where he always hung out, begging and hoping for a free session. So he was always writing melodies and waiting for an opportunity. Banky heard some of his deliveries, observed his work ethic, his impressive vocals and writing abilities and adopted him, unofficially. However, he wasn’t the only one who saw the potentials. Because Wiz was already working underground with the likes of OJB. Which promoted Banky and E.M.E. to offer wiz a 5yr contract, giving him a structured record deal, branding, and full career development plan in 2009. Wiz left EME in 2014, after two albums instead of the agreed 5. According to Wiz, he made E.M.E so much money but left without any. Follow Trending Explained for daily explanations!
