Please please please! We have kids show up to day 1 who because of their elementary and high school "education" can't do simple math, they read at a 2nd grade level, they know nothing of US history, and we're supposed to teach them a complex trade.

Colleges definitely need a wake up call. If you doubt it, do some research into what’s going on. Teaching skills to keep America on the forefront of Technology is not a priority at many.
