Ngl I think the mystic side of the Marvel Universe would make amazing souls-like games. Imagine playing as Wanda, Strange, Agatha, Clea, etc (or an apprentice of theirs to keep the create your own aspect) fighting eldritch monsters until you reach Dormammu, Chthon, etc
