This woman lives in an HOA community. The HOA provides free doggy bags at the park. She goes by and takes a handful of the plastic bags to use at home. Why buy plastic bags when you can take a walk and get them for free? You can get 4 rolls for $1 at the dollar store. How cheap can you be? Some are saying this is underhanded and wrong. Others say she pays her HOA fees so why not? What do you think? No big deal? No harm no foul? Or, do you think she’s taking advantage of the HOA and the bags?
