That’s not legal, unlawful religious discrimination.

This is a troubling example of workplace overreach. A woman being sent home for simply expressing her religious beliefs through Ash Wednesday ashes is a violation of her freedom to practice her faith. Employers should respect individual rights, especially when it comes to personal religious expressions.

Considering I’ve never heard of this happening in my entire life at every job I’ve ever had… I question this videos authenticity. If it’s in fact real… I smell lawsuit

Lawyer up and get a different job. Do both and get a settlement. And the manager should be fired.

Her company needs to pay her a lot of money for religious bigotry. Would they tell a Muslim woman to uncover her head??

If men can be women, you can wear ashes on your forehead on Ash Wednesday!
