I’m the only one running who will actually make this city safe for working New Yorkers. Cuomo wants repeat offenders back on the streets and to shut down Rikers. Mamdani wants to abolish the police. Adams says crime is all in your head. These three are all the same. They’re dangerous and out of touch with the violence. New Yorkers face everyday. I am the only candidate who can make NYC safe for all. I will beat Mamdani on Nov. 4th to deliver a better future for the hardworking people of our city.

I sat down with violence interrupters and young men directly impacted by gun violence to talk about what this administration is doing to keep New Yorkers safe. Real public safety means investing in people before tragedy strikes: summer jobs, mental health support, community programs, safe streets, and trusted messengers who grew up in our neighborhoods.

Our people, it’s high time we had a serious conversation about how our society speaks to and treats the girl child. It’s high time we talked about what kind of culture and what kind of society we want to be. There is no greater sign of civilization than how a society treats its women. If our girls are not safe in our streets, not safe online, and not safe at home then we cannot claim to be a civilized society. Tomorrow, when someone starts to preach a contrary message to our women and girls, the only reason they may find an opportunity is because we as a society have first laid the foundation through our actions or inactions. Our girls should be proud and safe in our streets. We are better than this and it is our responsibility to set a better example for our young men and young women.
