It is so stupid that it wraps around to the point of being funny. Never mind that 80% of the games in the franchise have a playable female character. Also, the last DLC for the latest game RE8 has you play as a female character.....

I can't believe they'd put a FEMALE in a main character poaition in RESIDENT EVIL: women in every game the series

You can kinda count Ashley as a playable character in RE4 along with Ada in her Seperate Ways campaign, then even in RE7 and RE Village there is a female that's playable. No escape from women in any of these games. 🤣
