someone was paying $300/month for AI visual tools he replaced everything with a $2 setup running on his laptop same output. zero subscriptions. zero API keys. nothing leaves his machine. the stack: > Ollama runs the AI locally. free. > TouchDesigner handles the visuals. free non-commercial. > Any laptop with 8GB RAM. you already have it. total monthly cost: $2 in electricity he was keeping $338 every month he didn't figure this out no rate limits. no server downtime. no API key expiring mid-performance. full setup, every command, exact models in the article

This girl built a $24/year AI visual setup while most creators are still overpaying $1,800 to $4,080 a year for APIs, cloud rendering and visual tools. And no, this isn’t a pre-render or a paid filter hiding in the cloud. It’s live on her laptop right now. The phone camera feeds into TouchDesigner, the movement gets turned into particles, and the whole visual reacts in real time. Most people build this the expensive way. $50 to $180/month in API usage, $40 to $100/month for cloud rendering, another $60/month for visual software, then a “small” creative workflow quietly turns into a $3,000+/year habit. Her stack cuts through almost all of that. The phone becomes the input. TouchDesigner handles the visual layer. Ollama runs the local model. The laptop does the loop without sending every experiment to someone else’s server. No cloud GPU. No API meter. No subscription chain. No project that dies when the billing page fails. Just a normal machine, a camera feed, a node graph and a local model running visuals people still assume need a paid stack behind them. The numbers are the insane part. $0 for Ollama. $0 for TouchDesigner non-commercial. 8GB+ RAM is enough to start. Around $2/month if you count electricity. That’s $24/year instead of a stack that can hit $4,080/year. The effect looks like something a studio would sell. The setup is just one girl refusing to rent the whole process every month.

THIS GUY TURNED A REAL PROPERTY SITE INTO A 3D SCENE IN ONE AFTERNOON AND CUT A $2,400/YEAR TOOL STACK DOWN TO ABOUT $2/MONTH he pulled a normal land plot into TouchDesigner, connected a local model through Ollama and built the whole visual loop from one laptop by evening the site was live, reconstructed as a 3D environment that looked like a studio render without cloud GPUs, paid APIs or another subscription sitting in the middle most creators are still stacking plugins, render credits and software fees just to make one demo look expensive he kept the process local, turned a real location into a cinematic 3D model, and made the setup cost basically nothing to keep running save this before everyone realizes the next “pro” 3D workflow is just a laptop, a local model and someone who knows how to connect the pieces

Nothing Hunter Biden said about John Paul Mac Isaac was true. Here is an interview with Isaac from 3 years ago, in which he explains how and when he came into possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop. Isaac didn’t just start reading files on his laptop and then contact Rudy Giuliani. After Joe Biden announced his run for the presidency and Isaac became the lawful owner of the laptop under the repair contract, he asked his father to contact the FBI on his behalf and turn over the content. The FBI told him to lawyer up and then stalled. After that, Isaac contacted several Republicans for help, but none wanted to get involved. Rudy Giuliani was the last person he contacted, informing him that he was in possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop. It’s ironic that Hunter Biden claims the laptop never existed, yet his lawyers sued Isaac, arguing that the 90-day abandonment provision in the repair contract was not compliant with Delaware law and it appeared in small print.

A company wants to pay you to put a $300,000 PC on your front lawn. His gut says that thing's getting stolen GTA style. He bought a $2,999 version instead. Fits on a desk. Runs the same AI workloads. Costs $10/month in electricity. 16 NVIDIA GPUs on your lawn, their compute, your property, their revenue. DGX Spark on your desk, your compute, your property, your revenue. He was spending $1,900/month renting cloud GPUs for client AI work. Fine-tuning models, running 70B assistants, processing document batches. The box does all of it locally. $10/month. Nothing billable. Nothing leaving the building. Break-even in 6 weeks. $22,000 saved in year one. The lawn option comes with free internet and a cheaper power bill. His option came with $22,000.

A 20-year-old student built a YouTube machine that runs itself and prints $38,000 a month The whole system runs on Claude and Premiere Pro stitched together. Claude scouts high-CPM niches and writes every script. Python pipes the scripts into Premiere where the videos get cut and exported on their own. The channels were already past a million views on Shorts in the first month. On the side he sells the same pipeline as a service to other creators. $400 per client video, 20 minutes of his actual time per delivery. Around 25 videos a week stacks up to roughly $10,000 from clients alone. Add the channel revenue on top and the whole thing clears $38,000 a month. He's 20, no team, no office, no editor, just a laptop running Claude 24/7. Save this before every faceless YouTuber in your feed switches to the same stack.

He started using Claude AI and made $25,000 in his first month The guy could not even hide how much it changed his life. He paid for Claude and treated it like a real business partner. Built workflows that automate client work, content and outreach all in one place. What used to take him 12 hours a day now takes 2. He started taking on triple the clients without burning out once. At $5,000 per client and five clients a month, the numbers move fast. That is $25,000 landing in his account from a tool that costs $20. Most people use Claude to write captions and call it a day. He used it to rebuild his entire income from the ground up. Follow if you want the exact workflows he uses to scale this.

This guy turned a $250K cloud bill into a $2,999 Nvidia box on his desk. One box. One-time charge. Same size as a Mac mini. Runs the workload AWS was charging him $1,900/month for. He made $22,000 in a year just from the bill he stopped paying. The kicker: it speaks OpenAI-compatible API out of the box. Migrating his existing stack was 1 line of code. - No more cloud GPUs. - No more monthly meter. - No more "let me check the AWS dashboard before I run that." Full build, exact math, and what the box actually runs is in the article below 👇

THIS GUY IS WALKING INTO LOCAL SHOPS WITH A MAC MINI IN A HARD CASE AND WALKING OUT WITH $1,200 CHECKS FOR INSTALLING AI THAT RUNS WITHOUT THE INTERNET I had to rewatch this twice because the business model is so stupidly simple my brain kept looking for the catch. He shows up. Plugs in a Mac Mini. Installs a private AI network running entirely on Ollama. The whole thing is done in under an hour. Zero cloud dependency. No API bills. No monthly charges bleeding the client dry. The shop owner gets a local AI system that works even if the WiFi dies, and this guy walks out with $1,200 for an installation that takes less time than a long lunch. The hardware costs $1,300. One deployment and the machine is paid for. Then he locks in a $149 monthly retainer for support, which means every client after the first is pure margin stacking on top of recurring revenue that compounds every single month. Most people hear "AI business" and think they need to build a SaaS platform or learn to code or raise funding from someone. This guy skipped all of that and went straight to walking into physical stores with a box under his arm. This is not going to scale to a billion dollar company. Obviously. But a solo operator clearing $5-10K a month from local installs while everyone else is still arguing about which LLM is best on Twitter is the kind of quiet hustle that does not make headlines until someone does a breakdown of their year-end numbers. The surface area of what AI can do right now is expanding faster than anyone can map it. One guy is doing local hardware installs. Another is generating AI personas that pull five figures a month. Someone else is running AI video pipelines off a laptop. Same wave of tools. None of them competing with each other. Hit play. Watch him unbox the setup and walk through the numbers. Then tell me you could not do this in your city by next Friday.

He walked into a small shop and made it visible to the entire planet. One afternoon. 170 scans. A free app on his phone. He gets $400 for the scan. $99 every month for hosting. The result: a full 3D virtual tour anyone can walk through in a browser. Every shelf. Every product. Every detail of a store that most people would never find on a map. The owner gets more online visitors in a week than she got in-store visitors in a month. That gap is the business. Month one: $3,500. Month six: $18,000. The same model works for hotels, real estate listings, event venues, car dealerships, museums. Every physical space in every city is an untapped asset. Most owners have no idea this exists. He didn't wait for the right client. He walked into a shop and made one.

He walked into a restaurant during a quiet Tuesday afternoon. He didn't pitch software. He showed the owner his phone. "Type an order like a customer would." The chatbot took the order, confirmed the table, logged it in a Google Sheet, and sent it to the kitchen in under two seconds. The owner asked how much. "$500/month. First month free. If it doesn't save your staff real time, you owe nothing." That conversation has played out 30 times. It closed 30 times. 30 clients. $500/month each. 4 hours of setup per restaurant. 93% margin. Over 1 million restaurants in the US. Fewer than 3% have this. He just keeps walking in during quiet Tuesday afternoons.

THIS VETERAN DEVELOPER PUT 2 MAC MINIS ON HIS DESK FOR $1,198 AND TURNED HERMES INTO A LOCAL AI WORKSPACE THAT DOESN’T NEED A $210/MONTH AGENT STACK he is not flexing hardware. he is showing the part most people still miss: once Hermes runs locally, the laptop stops being a chat window and starts acting like a workspace with memory, tools and saved skills two Mac minis, one local setup, zero cloud agent dashboard. research tasks, summaries, client notes and workflow steps stay on his machine instead of disappearing every time a session ends most people keep paying for Claude, wrappers, API calls and automation tools just to repeat the same instructions every day. Hermes cuts the waste by saving the process once and pulling it back when the same job returns the math is ugly for cloud tools. $210/month turns into $2,520/year before you even count extra tokens. his version is hardware once, local workflows after, and no panic when rate limits hit the quiet winners will not be the people with the cleanest chatbot tab. it will be the people who own the machine, the memory and the workflow before everyone else realizes that is the product

Alex Hormozi says the easiest business to start is a service business... You sell a skill you already have and it needs almost no upfront capital. An outbound agency fits that EXACTLY: - No product to build - No inventory - Software costs a few hundred a month - You can start with 1 client - Every system you build works on the next client My outbound agency has run 10M+ emails and 700k+ cold calls across 100+ B2B companies. 30k+ leads and $70M+ in pipeline for our clients All with the same systems running across many clients instead of one. That is 1 of the 2 paths broken down in this article. The other is doing it in house as a GTM engineer. Full guide is in the article:

THIS CHINESE BUILDER TURNED 8 RETIRED TESLA P40s INTO A 192GB PRIVATE AI SERVER THAT CAN WORK 5,760 GPU-HOURS EVERY MONTH. 00:06 he holds up one used Tesla P40 while seven more sit behind it, then installs the full stack inside a massive dual-Xeon server chassis. each card carries 24GB of VRAM, giving the system 192GB across eight GPUs for local models, video processing, transcription, private documents and AI agents. the real advantage is parallel work. some cards can serve a local model while the rest generate images, process files and run overnight automation at the same time. eight GPUs running continuously deliver 5,760 GPU-hours every 30 days. rent that workload from the cloud and the meter keeps moving for every minute the server stays online. a $412 monthly AI stack already costs $4,944 a year before serious GPU rental. he bought retired hardware once, kept the data local and built a machine that keeps working after the browser closes.

A 15 year old American walked into a barbershop and asked the owner to google his own business. The owner laughed and said why would I google myself, I know where I am. The kid said just do it. He did. His barbershop didn't show up. Not in the AI answer at the top of Google. Not in ChatGPT when you ask for the best barbershop nearby. Not in Meta AI. Three AI systems that millions of people use to find local businesses and his shop was invisible in all of them. The kid turned his phone around and showed him what does show up. His competitor two blocks away. Worse reviews, fewer years in business. But that guy appeared in every AI recommendation because his website had the right structure. The barber stopped laughing. The kid said: I can fix this. $800. Give me one week. He learned the whole thing from Claude Code three months earlier. Asked one question: how do people find local businesses now and what's changing? Claude explained that AI systems are replacing traditional search and most local businesses aren't optimized for it because most marketers don't even know it's happening yet. Claude Code built him a tool that checks whether any business appears in AI responses across ChatGPT, Google AI Overview and Meta AI. He types in a business name and sees exactly where they're visible and where they're not. Then Claude taught him how to fix it. He walked into the barbershop with the problem and the solution already in his pocket. 8 clients at $800 each in month one. Every satisfied owner referred him to the next one. The barbershop told the dry cleaner. The dentist told the orthodontist. The car wash told the tire shop. He didn't run a single ad. $14,000 in month one. By month two he stopped walking into businesses. They were calling him. He's 15. Can't drive to his clients. His mom drops him off and waits in the car while he walks into a business with a laptop and walks out 20 minutes later with an $800 contract. She asked him last week what he actually does in there. He said I show people that they're invisible and then I make them visible. She said that sounds like a scam. He showed her his bank account. She stopped calling it a scam. Most marketers are still selling Facebook ads and SEO packages. This kid is selling something they haven't figured out exists yet. AI visibility. The new front door to every business. And he's the only one in his city with the key. He found that key by asking Claude Code one question. The answer built him a $14,000 a month business before he got his learner's permit.

everyone's paying OpenAI $200 a month. a founder i've been tracking paid Nvidia $2,999 once and came out roughly $22,000 ahead a few months later he was running a micro-SaaS where inference ate 35% of revenue, so scaling users just scaled the losses. he moved everything onto a local ai box and the API bill dropped from $340 a month to about $11 in electricity the part that actually made the money wasn't the savings. clients started asking if their data went to OpenAI, and when the answer was no, they paid for it > raised pricing 2.7x for a fully private tier > 8 clients at $149 a month for on-premise ai > 4 poached from competitors who can't offer privacy > same model, same outputs, hardware he owns everyone optimizes prompts. almost nobody touches the infrastructure, which is exactly where the margin was sitting cloud isn't cheaper, it's someone else's profit margin sold to you as convenience
