Too many motor vehicles there for ‘around 1900’. Maybe early in King George V’s reign of the 1910s, but not as late as the 1920s.

Not much diversity. Those academics and politicians who promote Black History Month, say Britain's always been a multicultural society. There's no evidence of it in this film.
