@SkyNews can you think for yourself, plz, rather than spread previous administration wonky nonsense. compute sovereignty, then use that for AI if you want. AI is a broad field, as is compute, need all bases covered in order to operate freely. @AlistairCarns

@SkyNews Assumedly the attempts to prevent distillation will see China fall further behind, while further increasing the US' desire to keep their frontier models exclusive to American interests.

@SkyNews Chinese labs are working very hard to get around every prevention technique. Were it not for the fact that so much happens via the fraudulent API calls, I'd think it was all to boost ARR ahead of IPO. Anthropic's approaches so far have been rather amateur.
