I admit I did not do this enough in my marriage. Now divorced, we are very good friends. NOW though, as friends, I share my memory of what we had and what he did for me and my two sons- his stepchildren. He and I both know how good we were to each other and reminisce often. Unusual circumstances surrounding our divorce otherwise we'd still be married we think. But no going back. He's a dear friend.

I'm on my second marriage. Starter marriage lasted 10 months, and was so bad I didn't do it again for over 20 years. We just passed 15 years on my second and final marriage. My wife seems to have a gift for doing something like this at the perfect time. Makes it all worth it!

My husband is a fantastic provider and I make sure to both tell and show him daily how much I appreciate everything he does for his family. Good men move mountains and slay dragons for those they love and they need to know how much they are loved and appreciated.
