Erin, as always, you are not only beautiful but incredibly smart. Having the ability to compartmentalize your stress, grief, and any other problems going on at the same time can allow people to survive and handle issues with being able to deal with your issues.

I try to use the good and not so good stuff to move ahead. What gets you where you want to go and what slows that process. Don’t forget but don’t wallow either.

If anyone is feeling down today watch this video and his incredible spirit. He had just a few weeks ago more surgeries on both legs but was on a bicycle 🚴 this weekend controlling brakes with his teeth 🦷.

Really good advice, Erin. I lost both of my brothers and my dad in the last 10 years. I know a little something about grief. Being able to compartmentalize the painful things is a survival technique for sure. 💜
