I advice you to buy a plot in Ibeju Lekki axis with good title and build your project then bring it let us sell for 45M.

Since ur target is folks based Abroad, why on earth will i take $70k to Aiyetoro to buy a Bungalow for AIRBNB when i can use that same amount to buy apartments in Working Countries and better environments for that same Airbnb Business????
