@OnlyFans Resistance like this just creates overuse and fatigue before you see the benefits. Throwing from across the lot leads to poor mechanics, strain on the shoulders and elbows, and wasted energy. If you have to use the medicine ball, just do slams, chest passes, and be done with it.
