Hey, I am working from home for a Managed Care Company. There is no offices....I work really hard to make a flexible schedule each month and make sure patients get their medications safely. I am really good at what I do... Does this count as an exception? 😔

So does this mean we put an end to call centers and services located outside of the USA as well🤔 Some jobs can be done remotely, some types of jobs can have in office and at home work time, and other types of jobs need people to be at the job location…it shouldn’t be all or nothing.

There are so many problems with working from home, you can’t really focus on your work when you have kids, parents, pets, neighbors, dishes in the sink, laundry… you should be at work to do your best work! Surely, expectations can be made in special circumstances, but working from home it shouldn’t be the norm.
