It's strange, all these people working from home, yet when I take the train to London it's standing room only from Guildford onwards (forty minutes to Waterloo) on a ten-carriage train. Imagine how crowded it would be if people weren't slacking at home 🙄

Surely its up to the company ypu work for, not the Gov to decide whether your job role can be done from home or not. Also work life balance is about flexibility not rigid 9-5 Mon to Fri

I also know people who work from home who take the piss so there’s a mix of both to be fair

They are lazy bstds , I’m a builder and I’ve been in dozens of homes while people work from home and in general it’s an absolute load of bllx . One guy I worked for would switch his pc on then go and have a shit and shave 🤣🤣 get em back to work.

Working from home is a cop out. Obviously some jobs it’s possible. But get up, admin yourself, meet the public, buy a coffee in the high street, join your team, make new friends. And get the fuck to work!

Funny how you don't mention the amount of people put out of work because of this wfh.

My partner works from home. He was so committed, he had an external office put up in the garden (we have a 2 bed house on an estate). He does work long hours. He will come in for dinner then go back out to work more. Stuff Farage who rarely turns up for work!
