Hand eye coordination drills with 12oz, 14oz, and 16oz weighted balls. The goal is to land every shot thrown, and on the main two knuckles. Timing & Precision. Bonus points if you can return the ball back to the pitcher. I love drills like this. They’re fun, require 100% attention and have great results. I want to be one of the most accurate strikers in the game. I’m looking to have an above average % on with punched landed and that requires a lot of reaction time & accuracy drills 💯🧠.
