How about fixing the issue of parental leave being worthless if it's absolutely necessary? While your predecessor was gloating about her husband being able to choose to use her parental leave, she quietly missed out the loophole where, if the mother is disabled and hence cannot work, the father can take parental leave instead (since he's the one looking after everyone), but only gets paid at the mother's rate. Which of course is zero, rather than a prime minister's salary.
