Working on a little "Learn Omarchy" concept to help people get started more easily. @dhh Amazing! Thanks Ryan. Working on it now. Big question…what character/coach do you personally want/prefer? Have a Robot and Owl currently but designing it so it could potentially support community created characters.

I liked the robot but I do like the idea of having a few with a slightly different vibe the user can choose from. It reminds me a bit of pets in Hermes which also allows some expansion over time. This will also be huge for people adopting the new paradigm of tiling window management. If there's one blocker I see repeatedly it's just learning the hotkeys. Really glad someone is working on this and impressed with what you have so far.

@dhh Awesome - love it! Agree that it'd be super cool to have a community around the characters. Refactored the two in there now to start prototyping that process.

@dhh Two things. Don’t forget about the menu in the top left for those mouse people. Second, maybe at least once refer to Super key as aka Command or Windows key for new people

@dhh Yes - thank you! I’ve updated it to do the super key mention but calling out the icon in the top left is a great idea. Especially for people getting started.

@dhh Beautiful! Builds a positive emotional bond while getting the education done. Reminds me of how Jobs talked about an emotional attachment to devices. This does same, but remarkably attaches users to an OS, of all things. A delightful new world opening right before our eyes!

@dhh Yeah - having different characters would be great. Currently have the robot and an owl, but if this ends up like I want, it'd be fun to have the ability for the community to contribute characters that could be used.
