Working on a "motion sickness" setting for Catch a Brainrot I don't really get motion sickness from games so I can't tell if this feature works or not, but if you get motion sickness check out the video below and let me know if it makes a difference

Apple is adding a new feature to iOS that is designed to counteract motion sickness while looking at a screen in a moving vehicle. I'm very curious if they're thinking of the implications of this for VR experiences on Vision Pro.

Gemini Omni's motion control is f*cking cracked i just figured out how to turn 1 reference video into 50+ AI videos with the exact same movements... you have a video of someone eating, dancing, using a product, doing whatever complex motion you need. you feed it to Gemini Omni and it recreates that exact motion with a completely new AI character in literally one prompt i've tested this against Kling motion control and it's not even close. Kling falls apart the moment you try anything complex. eating scenes look weird, hand movements get mangled, anything multi-step breaks down completely. Gemini Omni handles all of it if you're still using kling motion control or paying creators to split test your videos, this replaces that entire workflow here's the thing though. you can't just prompt this out of the box. if you try to do motion transfer with default prompting you're going to get errors or the motion won't transfer properly. there's a specific prompting method that makes it work every time so i packaged up the whole system.. here's what you're getting: > full step by step video breakdown > how to find the best reference videos to use > the exact prompting system that allows for motion control transfer so you never get errors > the workflow for batching this out at scale (1 video → 50+) RT + reply "MOTION" and i'll send it over (must follow so i can dm)

Tried Higgsfield's motion control feature today and genuinely impressed. All I did was select a reference video and give it my own character sheet, and the output followed the reference motion almost perfectly, just with my character in it. Makes replicating a specific camera move or movement so much easier without having to prompt it from scratch. Worth trying if you haven't yet. Higgsfield AI 🧩

The whole level shifting is kind of a fun effect but this would 100% give some people motion sickness XD It's perhaps a bit "too much" anyway. Anyways, we're getting entities actually coded instead of the fakery I was doing for the prototype! I think ghosthands gimmick will be that they have a set patrol. They can't see or hear. And they won't notice you so long as you sit still while they pass. Could have a bit of fun with it and have them rarely accidentally grope her in passing even if she's still 😅

Found a way to get the new item UI into Set 12 so I can show you it without spoiling anything. Here's it in full motion as an example if you were curious!

I don't know if this is a "hot take" but do we really need a Max Payne remake? The first two games still look and play amazingly well with minimal effort required to get it running. We need to normalize people putting in a modicum of effort to get older games working.

i have no idea how this matthew tkachuk goal didn’t get called back. if this isn’t a distinct kicking motion, what is?

Borderlands 4 has FINALLY added a Field of View (FOV) slider to consoles today in a 2GB update! I’ll be honest, I stopped playing this game because of the default 70 FOV was giving me motion sickness, glad to see they addressed this fast, Shall continue it now

Man who owns a car and is wearing a gold chain is worried that if he has to get a job they are going to cut his food stamps “So if I get a job, I can get food stamps, but if I don't get a job, they cut my food stamps. But if I get a job, they're gonna cut my food stamps anyway. How does that work?” The only new requirement for food stamps requirements is working or volunteering 20 hours per week if you are able bodied If you don’t meet this you’re limited to 3 months of SNAP benefits in a 36-month period Working or volunteering 20 hours a week so taxpayers pay for your food shouldn’t be a big problem
