I think we've solved a lot of this when it comes to more dense workflows like building Apps, but even with general knowledge work I want tools that add helpful friction to the process. They can be tricky to debug, so I created a guide for the Buildcamp students who are currently on the bootcamp. I'm happy to share this with you guys if it helps? Since RCCL is an fork of NCCL, RCCL is basically a copy+paste carbon copy of NCCL except it takes months for new features added to NCCL to reach RCCL. This is clearly not optimal for AMD to be building on their competitors platform as that means that AMD will never be better than NVIDIA or even reach parity (when iso-time) due to the delays/engineering burden of syncing with upstream. AMD is working on an moonshot project cuz MORI-CCL aims to be an first principles from scratch re-built of the AMD collective library software to not be dependent of their competitor's software. Ironically enough with MORI-CCL, it currently doesn't support AMD's Pensando NICs yet it supports NVIDIA ConnectX-7 NICs with AMD GPUs. Support for AMD's Pensando NICs is coming after support for NVIDIA ConnectX-7 NICs.

Now is the best time for founders and brands to take advantage of this AI bubble to actually stand out from their competitors. First thing that potential customer see is your product video/demo, and If I wanted to buy your product, and the presentation you show me looks crap, I will get an impression you cheaped out on the product as well and just pass. A lot of founders/brands sadly fall for that, especially now with AI hype promising fast and cheap content. Just be honest, if you are a potential customer - would you be converted by AI slop, or videos like ones below, that were fundamentally and manually structured and animated to a T for conversion ?

2023 was the year of AI avatars 2024 was the year of AI photos 2025 was the year of AI videos And I think it's becoming clear now that 2026 will be the year of AI world models Fully interactive explorable 3d worlds generated from one or multiple 2d images or a prompt In turn these 2d images can then be generated by AI too So soon you can generate fully explorable virtual 3d worlds based on your own imagination Next will be figuring out how to make those worlds interactive This is World Labs (unaffiliated, but I like it) As always a lot of big AI model companies are now working on the same thing: 3d world models, only World Labs has a real properly working demo (for now) Very exciting time again!
