Working on activating my scapula muscles, while using ONWARD Medical’s ARC-EX that helps wake up signals that are weakened past my level of injury. Had to put a headband on to help the stim pads stick because you know, that naturally oily skin (Black don’t crack) 😂😂😂 bELieve
