I don’t doubt CDPR’s ability when it comes to incredible storytelling in their upcoming game, The Witcher 4. This right here was one of the best cutscenes I've ever witnessed in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty and there was a lot of them. The raw emotion and the weight of this cutscene alone is fascinating, CD Project Red are true masters at crafting some of the best stories in video games.
