20 years ago I was working at Rockstar Games on a game called Bully. It took us years to make the cutscenes for that game. With Dreamina AI's Seedance 2.0 I could turn it into an entire series in a couple of days. I just need to cast a Jimmy. MrBeast, you down to star in it?

I don’t doubt CDPR’s ability when it comes to incredible storytelling in their upcoming game, The Witcher 4. This right here was one of the best cutscenes I've ever witnessed in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty and there was a lot of them. The raw emotion and the weight of this cutscene alone is fascinating, CD Project Red are true masters at crafting some of the best stories in video games.

Chain of Memories is one of the more interesting GBA games because it’s one of the few that used the rare 32MB cart. Not because the game itself is hefty but because they opted in to use LONG pre-rendered cutscenes and lyrical music. By then cart space was cheap so why not

Saw some of the discussions about cutscene direction in later KH entries, so I just want to point out that Nomura brought Jun Akiyama into KH1 and praised his work on the dark fantasy game Vagrant Story bringing an edge to KH1 to make it special. His cutscene work still holds up!
