Fixed the issue with outline caused by screen space shadows on 2 sided cloth when facing the sun. As DS2LE already renders a high resolution per character shadowmap. SSS is specifically disabled for these pixels.

First thing I thought was "wait, that's Elden Ring". Spectacular job with lighting and shadows in this corridor, it really enhances the desolate atmosphere of a ruined stronghold.

The sky texture in Blender 5 changed how I work with environments. Multiple scattering alone is worth the update — realistic light, accurate shadows, full mood control. No HDRIs needed for environment work. But a clean sky is boring. So I layer on top: procedural clouds or real stock photos, gradient mask to fade the horizon, volume for atmosphere. Sky texture handles the light. Everything else is just background. Full breakdown on YouTube:
