Working with a high school golfer (Keaton) who was having #issues pulling it back. Not anymore. I told him to slowly count to 63 and then just let it go.

I think he is rushing a bit, maybe a 75-90 count would be more useful

Yep, this would not happen in my group! When I started playing in HS, one day I took 3 practice swings before I hit. My golf coach politely told me I just wasted 3 of the best swings without hitting the ball- I have never taken another practice swing since- 45yrs ago!
