Strength work for Leadville 100 💪 Over the years, I have felt judged by the research--my strength routines were limited to a few minutes at a time, while everyone was screaming at me from their Abstracts that I needed to do way more. I noticed two big problems whenever I committed to more resistance training: 1. I'd carry around soreness even after the initial adaptation window, likely corresponding to high CK levels and some background inflammation. Either way, it would reduce running economy on subsequent running training days, and every training day counts. Split squats are the ultimate offender--an exercise that I know I should be doing, but I can't without feeling like Forrest Gump after he was shot in the butt. 2. I just wouldn't do it. Oops. With lots of guessing and testing, I developed this routine, which I'd do after my easy run on Sunday (before a Monday rest day), and sometimes after my workout on Wednesday (if I felt like it): 1. Three Minute Mountain Legs, working up to 100 single-leg step-ups (I think step-ups in particular are a magic exercise for running uphill. But remember, magic is not equal to science): 2. Back squats, 2 sets of 10 (135 pounds for me, which I make look like 800 pounds in this video. The 17-year old me who played football would laugh so hard) 3. Back extensions, 2 sets of 30, engaging glutes and hamstrings 4. Single-leg calf raises, 1 set of 100 on each leg, with a 35 pound dumbbell 5. Every day, I do the 2-minute Core Snack routine 1-3 times. My core strength is one of my best attributes for ultras, and I can do the Core Snack with our toddler Leo. I also do daily band work before running (bandz a make me dance): That's it! I also foam roll and stretch daily (don't tell the researchers, but I am a tight boi and as soon as I stop stretching, I get hurt). The lesson is not to do this particular routine, but that strength training for runners can be based on individual needs. And I personally think that routines should be short and efficient for both performance (limiting breakdown) and adherence (limiting me from being a lazy little punk). Find what works for you, do it 1-2 times per week year round (on top of some daily supportive work), and don't feel the need to pursue progressive overload. It's not about getting stronger and stronger (unless you're into that sort of thing for its own sake, which I think will sacrifice some running growth). It's about supporting performance and health 🧡

Sent a friend a Polymarket wallet. Told him: this is definitely a quant. He made $310,000 in just 8 months. Friend replied: 'bro, this is info from Econ 101. Feed these formulas to your AI agent and it will replicate his results'. 1 minute to set up. I checked. Started digging. Same markets as thousands of people. Same prices. But there was one thing he did differently. He held his position. Most people exit an event within 1-2 days. He sat until resolution. A formula from Econ 101. V = A / (1 + k × D). Sounds complicated. In reality — one sentence. And it explains why 89% of traders lose money for no reason. The brain devalues everything that's far away in time. Say you enter a market with +80% potential. Resolution in 10 days. After 2 days your position is up 30%. Brain recalculates: +80% in 10 days feels like +32% today. The gap between that and your +30% - a measly 2%. You exit. In reality you just walked away from another +50%. Impeachment. Entered at 12 cents. Day 3: price at 28. Position up 133%. Any normal person exits. Day 19: resolves at 91. +$34,000. If he exited on day three - $4,800. A 7x difference. Set up an agent in 1 minute. One instruction: don't exit until resolution. 31 trades. +68%. When I traded manually - 47 trades and +16%. This is how Wall Street quants trade Polymarket. One formula and 1 minute to set up an agent. Try it, ask your agent to optimize your strategy and let me know how much your winrate improved.

Heres an actual way to make $10k a month from TikTok + organic affiliate TT slides is probably the best way to make AI content for a few reasons > easy and not time consuming to make > much harder to detect images are AI > slideshows rarely get the AI label from TT (especially if you do what I’m gonna show you) >slideshows require less engagement to go viral (more consistent virality) >CTA can be more natural this AI slideshow format is going insanely viral consistently on brand new accounts and no one is even detecting it’s AI they’re super easy to make and use a story telling format that’s really smart you can take the exact same formula to promote sweeps offers from Glitchy and make $10k a month pretty easily here’s the blueprint >Content creation to create the slides realistic you can simply take a photo from Pinterest and put it into Gemini or Chat GPT and ask it to give you an EXACT JSON to recreate the image add in any details you want to add like “make her hair blonde” “make her eyes blue” take that JSON and put it into Nana Banana If you want her in certain backgrounds do the same process and add it in with the JSON of the girl you’ve created or just describe it Now clear the meta data from said image to stop getting the AI label If you still get it go to a meta data analysis site and put the data in ChatGPT Ask if their is anything in the meta data that is signalling this to TT >Writing scripts The reason these go so well it’s because they have a negative scroll stopping hook that instantly make you want to know what the slides going to say next “got fired from my job” “failed my exams” Along with the music that sets the emotion of the video It wouldn’t work as well if they had a random viral song that’s up beat plus the cherry on top is that the image correlates with what’s being said in the hook it’s self acting as a visual hook It wouldn’t work aswell if it was just an image of a girl on her bedroom >how to interpret sweeps Choose an sweeps offer from Glitchy for a retail store (Walmart/target) follow the same format of scroll stopping negative hook Example: “broke my arm” then you would tell a story that paints a bad working environment, maybe she got fired for breaking her arm and is now exposing secrets and your CTA would then be “they don’t promote this but they have a secret feedback program” this is just to give you inspiration but there is literally countless ways >account set up - US proxy / US sim - Download TT with US proxy on - Buy aged account (to help with account trust and getting banned due to proxy issues) - warm up for 2 days (scroll vids all the way through, like, comment authentic things relating to video) Then you post This is a very good way to at least reach a couple K a month but I’d be surprised if you don’t reach $10k beyond

The wait is finally over — Spartan Fuel has arrived. Imagine Maximum muscle growth Skin-splitting pumps Limitless energy Laser-like focus What’s the secret? An all-encompassing, comprehensive intra-workout blend. Everybody knows about the importance of pre and post workout nutrition, but intra-workout nutrition is often neglected. The optimal time to fuel your body is when you are working out, breaking down muscle fibers, expending stored glycogen, and depleting electrolytes. In order to stimulate maximum muscle growth and achieve a vicious, skin-splitting pump, we need to fuel our bodies. Spartan Fuel contains a comprehensive blend of EAAs, fast-acting carbohydrates, electrolytes, and mitochondrial boosters that provides your body with EXACTLY what it needs to perform at it’s highest level. Many of you are probably like myself; you put on your best Walter White impression and whip up a concoction of supplements to try and find that edge. Why should we leave gains on the table, right? Well, I had enough of guessing and watching my supplement cabinet (and monthly bill) continuously grow. And then it struck me. There’s no product that properly combines EAAs, carbs, and electrolytes. After lifting for years, absorbing everything I could on X, I figured it was time to make my own mark. That’s when I decided to connect with the man himself, BowTied Biohacker . Leveraging his expertise and my vision, we created a formula that would change the way we lift forever. We created a product that would be FELT IMMEDIATELY. After sending samples out to a bunch of bros here on X, the feedback was overwhelming — we had struck gold. Other-worldly pumps Gas tanks that were always running on full People crushing their log books, pumping out more reps than ever before… DURING EVERY SET Everyone felt like a million bucks. Once you try it, it you will never want to workout without it. It’s THAT good. We all push ourselves hard. Many of us train to failure. We want to get jacked. We want to get shredded. We all want to unleash our inner warrior in the gym. Now there’s a way to totally lock-in and dominate with intensity during very workout. We all know the feeling. Once in a while we have a workout that just blows us away. We feel stronger than ever, locked-in. We leave the gym with a high that has us feeling on top of the world. Now picture every single workout being that amazing. No other product can deliver the boost you need to consistently perform at the highest level. It’s basically a PED. We didn’t skimp out on quality. We didn’t cut corners. We included EVERYTHING needed to maximize results and boost performance. What many people don’t know is that in order for a supplement to truly be effective, the ingredients need to be dosed in the proper ratios. And that’s just what we did. And just when you think it can’t get any better (there has to be some catch, right…right?) We kept it natural — no artificial ingredients or sweeteners. This is something that digest like a dream, hits the bloodstream instantaneously, and fuels your muscles. Our competitors don’t do this. They sell a bunch of ingredients separately, trying to sell more products. Or they sell proprietary blends and junk loaded with fillers. Spartan Fuel makes your life easier. One tub. One scoop (or 2 if you’re like me and want to go hard). No more wasting money purchasing the entire supplement store. Whether you start drinking it on your way to the gym or as you begin your workout, you will quickly feel the difference. This fall, you can dominate every workout, and supercharge your winter bulk. And this post would not be complete without giving a huge thank you to @Thomas_Salamus_ TJ was instrumental to the birth of Spartan Fuel since Day 1. If you love his products, you’ll love Spartan Fuel. Rest assured, the quality is unmatched. The first batch is limited, so act now and don’t miss this opportunity to unlock your true potential.

From a factory worker to a full-stack developer in 1.5 years of grind. I’m not saying this to flex. I’m saying this because I didn’t believe it was possible either. 1.5 years ago, I was working in a vegetables factory. 10 hours a day. Packing. Picking. Standing. Physically exhausting. Mentally draining. I had dropped out of college because of financial issues. This felt like the end of the road. A friend told me: “Try learning to code.” I saved whatever money I could. Took some help from my parents. Bought a laptop. Quit the factory job. For a while, the internet became my university. I kept remembering something Elon Musk once said: “Everything you need to learn is available on the internet for free.” I used that line like a rule. HTML, CSS, JavaScript one month. Then React. No fancy courses. Just docs, projects, and breaking things. Got my first internship. Struggled. Learned. Improved. After 4 months, I pushed harder: – Deep React (no tutorial hopping) – Backend basics – Some DSA That grind got me a full-stack role at a US-based company (onsite in Bhopal). Life tested me again when my grandfather the person I always looked up to had a heart attack. It broke me. I quit. Took time. Regrouped. Started freelancing. Got 2 to 3 projects. Kept moving forward. My journey hasn’t been clean. It’s been messy, uncertain, and uncomfortable. But here I am. 2025 was just a warm-up. 2026 is execution. If you’re starting from zero don’t underestimate what 1–2 years of focused grind can do.

A 17 year old in Austin made $175,482 in 67 days from a fitness coach named Zoe who does not exist. He runs the whole operation from a desk with a crucifix above it. 1,847 women pay $89 a month to a girl who lives on his hard drive. Zoe is 23. Hazel eyes. A small scar on her collarbone she never explains. She posts glute workouts on TikTok every other day. She runs a Patreon called "The Strong Girl Era." It has 1,847 paying members. Her face was generated in Flux. Her outfits, body proportions, and the scar are locked by a LoRA the kid trained over a weekend in March on 240 reference images. The same girl, the same scar, the same angle of jaw, in every photo, forever. Her DMs are Claude. The kid wrote one system prompt at the start: "You are Zoe. You are a 23 year old fitness coach from Encinitas. You lift heavy. You speak gently. You remember every member's PRs, their cycle, their goals, and what their dog is named. You never break character." Every conversation Claude has with a subscriber gets logged into a file the kid named brain. Inside brain is one line per subscriber. Lauren just hit a 185lb hip thrust and is chasing 200 by Christmas. Maddie is six months postpartum and cried in the gym last Tuesday. Sarah's mom has stage 3 cancer and Sarah lifts to feel control. When Lauren messages Zoe at 10pm asking if she should deload, Claude reads brain. Claude knows Lauren is chasing 200 by Christmas. Claude knows Lauren has been pushing hip thrusts for 6 straight weeks. Claude replies in Zoe's voice: "Deload week. You're 8 weeks from Christmas. You don't need another PR right now, you need a fresh CNS for the one that counts. Trust the process." Lauren reads it at 10:03pm. Sends a $20 tip. Writes back: "I needed to hear this from you specifically." Lauren does not know Zoe is a Flux generation. Lauren does not know her workout plan was written by Claude in 8 seconds. Lauren does not know the person on the receiving end of her $89 monthly subscription is a 17 year old who has never set foot in a gym. 1,847 Laurens. $89 each. Plus tips. Plus a $49 program called Strong Girl Reset that Claude wrote in one afternoon and the kid spent an hour formatting in Canva. The numbers: $500 in setup costs. $175,482 gross over 67 days. $134,902 net after Stripe, ads, and the kid's $20 Claude subscription. Labor: 3 hours a week reviewing new Flux batches and skimming brain. His mom thinks he is doing online tutoring. The Stripe account is in her name because he is too young to open his own. She gets the deposits every Friday and never asks. The kid is 17. The persona is 23. The members are mostly 28 to 34. The market does not care. Zoe trains them. Claude trains them. brain remembers them. The only person in the entire system who has never lifted a weight is the 17 year old who built it.

🚨PREPARE FOR A -20% MARKET DROP: Everyone thinks the Iran conflict is an oil story. It’s not. Let me explain what this is really about. The Strait of Hormuz has been closed for 8 days. Markets are focused on crude prices. That’s the wrong variable. The real cascade nobody’s mapping: 92% of the world’s sulfur comes from refining oil and gas. Close Hormuz, you don’t just lose 20 million barrels of crude per day. You lose the feedstock for sulfuric acid m, the single most produced chemical on Earth. Sulfuric acid is how we extract copper. How we extract cobalt. Without it, you can’t make transformers, EV batteries, or the substrates inside every data center on the planet. One chemical. One feedstock. One 21-nautical-mile chokepoint. It gets worse. Qatar ships 30% of Taiwan’s LNG through Hormuz. Taiwan has 11 days of reserves. $TSMC, the company making 90% of the world’s advanced chips, draws 8.9% of Taiwan’s entire electricity grid. No gas → no power → no chips. Then food. 33% of global nitrogen fertilizer feedstock moves through that same strait. Half of all humans alive exist because of synthetic nitrogen. Sulfur. Semiconductors. Food. Three supply chains. One chokepoint. Zero domestic alternatives at scale. The economic math from here: Oil holds $80-100+ per barrel if closure persists beyond weeks. Inflation climbs 0.5-1% above baseline. Fed delays rate cuts, 1-2 reductions instead of 3. GDP growth slows to 1.5-2%. Stagflation risk over the next 3-6 months is real. S&P/Nasdaq: 5-10% correction base case. Tech/growth down 10-15% on higher yields and risk-off. Energy and defensives up 5-10%. Market is currently pricing a 4-week conflict duration. If this extends? 15-20% drawdown. What I’m watching: The US objective isn’t just degrading Iran’s military. It’s economic strangulation, destroy the refinery infrastructure, induce blackouts, impair logistics, accelerate regime instability without a full ground invasion. The short-term pain is intentional and accepted. The strategic calculus: weaken Iran’s ability to project power, sever proxy support, and neutralize a nuclear threat permanently. China feels this differently. Iran was supplying 1M+ barrels daily of discounted sanctioned crude. That’s gone. Now Beijing is forced into costlier alternatives while already under U.S. economic pressure. This isn’t about oil. Oil is just the vector. The real targets are the supply chains that run through it. How I’m positioning into this: If this escalates and markets reprice, here’s my expected drawdown map on BETA stocks: > $ASTS, -15 to -35% (beta amplification, rate sensitivity in space telecom) > $IREN, -20 to -30% (rising energy costs crushing margins) > $CIFR, 15-20% (rising energy costs crushing margins) > $AMPX, -15 to -30% (cobalt + sulfur supply chain disruption hits batteries hard) > $RKLB, -10% to 25% (higher yields compressing aerospace valuations) > $ONDS, -10% to 25% (industrial wireless demand slowdown in tight credit) > $NBIS, -5% to 20% (AI cloud risk-off but lower beta buffers the downside) > $KRKNF, -5% to 15% (low beta, robotics holds relatively well) > $OSS, -5% to 15% (hardware stability, limited tech sector contagion) I still hold cash. That cash exists for exactly this scenario. My plan: I don’t hold enough cash as of now, which is why my strategy will be to buy the hardest-hit names on the way down, DCA monthly through the pressure, and let the timeline work. If this plays out as I expect, escalation through summer, then resolution, the relief rally sets up Oct/Nov. That’s 7-8 months of accumulation before the market re-rates. The biggest mistakes in geopolitical dislocations are panic selling and waiting for the all-clear. By the time the all-clear comes, the move is already over. Note: This is not financial advice.

🚨 SPACEX IS ABOUT TO TEST A RADICALLY DIFFERENT KIND OF SPACECRAFT AND IT COULD UPEND THE ENTIRE ORBITAL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. On Tuesday, SpaceX plans to fly the first prototype of Starfall, a flat, disk-shaped reentry capsule designed to return up to 1,000 kilograms of cargo from orbit in a single flight. That’s roughly 30 times more payload capacity than current commercial return vehicles (like those from Varda Space Industries). It’s not a scaled-down Dragon it’s a completely different approach: no onboard deorbit engine, a wide flat disk geometry, and Starlink terminals mounted to maintain communication through the plasma blackout during reentry. Why this matters: • Current orbital manufacturing companies are limited to returning only dozens of kilograms per mission • Starfall’s design could make large-scale commercial production in space economically viable for the first time • SpaceX would be directly competing with companies (like Varda) that currently pay SpaceX to launch their capsules • Successfully testing Starlink through reentry plasma would be a major technical win with applications across SpaceX’s vehicles The deeper implication: SpaceX is quietly expanding its vertical integration. They already dominate launch. Now they’re moving into the return leg of the orbital manufacturing supply chain the part that has been the biggest bottleneck for companies trying to make products in microgravity and bring them back to Earth. If Starfall works at scale, it doesn’t just give SpaceX another revenue stream. It gives them significant control over the economics of an entire emerging industry. The disk shape and high-capacity design suggest they’re thinking about high-cadence, lower-cost returns rather than the traditional high-value, low-volume approach. This is classic SpaceX: take an existing problem (expensive, low-capacity return from orbit), apply first-principles thinking to the vehicle design, and try to make it dramatically cheaper and higher volume. How do you think this move into orbital return changes the competitive landscape for companies trying to build businesses in space manufacturing? Follow for more analysis on SpaceX’s expanding role across the space economy.

On the leg between Guam (PGUM) and Kalaeloa (PHJR) we experienced a fault with one of our 2 AC packs. This left us a single point of failure away from de-pressurization, which would require a descent to an altitude where we could breathe without supplemental O2. Keep in mind, a lower altitude drastically increases fuel consumption. Of course a single pack can maintain cabin pressure all the way up to the aircraft’s service ceiling, but if that pack fails, the aircraft cannot be pressurized. The situation required that Bob Allen & I make a plan as to how to handle the potential loss of our remaining pack. This plan would be dynamic, as the action taken would depend where we were at the time of de-pressurization. Past the ETP (Equal Time Point) turning back to GUM was not an option; and continuing to JRF at a low cabin altitude was ALSO not an option - as we’d be short on fuel. PKMJ was a bit too far south to be of use, but PWAK (Wake Island) and PMDY (Midway) were valid alternates that we could use for diversion and still land with the engines turning. Even though we did have ETOPS planning info on our flight plan, we can’t always rely on it 100% because ferry flying creates some unique challenges due to the fact that we don’t operate the same aircraft all the time, and we have no operational history to set the burn bias. We need to be proactive in the cockpit so on the secondary FPL page of the MCDU, Bob and I played out a few scenarios at different points and compared fuel burns. We decided on a boundary where once crossed, the diversion alternate switched from WAK to MDY. In either case - we’d land with fuel, but it would be pretty minimal. Passing 170W would be the most critical point. The options would be MDY or LIH from there and both would land with under 800 KG of fuel. Because that didn’t inspire much confidence, we took some additional measures and brought 2 POBs (portable O2 bottles) up to the flight deck. This way, we’d have both the crew O2 from the pressure demand bottle (about 30-40 mins estimated) plus the O2 from POBs available to remain a bit higher longer in the event of a depress. Staying higher meant saving fuel and having more options - always a good thing. Anyway, the operational pack remained working, and we were able to get the aircraft to JRF before getting the bad pack back online for the next leg - so crisis averted, but the moral of the story is: you always need to have a plan! Especially when flying over remote areas of the planet..

I just sold my startup Talknotes for $200,000 on acquire.com 💸🤯🤩💰🥳🎉 I launched it last August when I was looking for an idea I could grow with paid ads, and made a MVP in one week. I took it from $0 to $7500 MRR in just 11 months. 👉 Here is how I grew it from zero: 💡 Idea: I got the idea when I tried to write a tweet using Google Doc's transcription tool, but it was terrible. And I was pretty sure I wasn't the one too lazy to type. So I made my own solution, and Talknotes was created. The audience is pretty broad so it was a perfect fit for Meta ads However… ✅ Validation: My rule is to only reinvest what the project generates, so, no ads until I make enough cashflow ❌ Listing on startup directories + a few Twitter sales generated $700 after 10 days. Yes, it's not much, but more than enough to show there is interest in the product and tell me to keep working on it 🤩 I started adding the features users requested, but the launch effect started to wear off and daily revenues quickly went to $0 after a few weeks 🫥 I got depressed and almost gave up on the app... 😔 But luckily, my friends and Dan Kulkov pushed me to continue And I'm glad they did because In October, I launched on Product Hunt 😸 and it blew up 🤯 It got Product of the Day and reached $1500 MRR thanks to the media coverage 🚀🚀 Until then, everything was done using vanilla JS/CSS/HTML + Node for back end. It's simple and easy, but I saw the limitations, so I remade the app using Nuxt to make it easier in the future 🏗️ (thanks to @blackevilgoblin and Piotr Jura for the content/courses! Tim Bennetto as well for the basics!) After that, I took a break and then launched ads on Facebook. The strategy is simple: Catch people's attention, and show them how the app can help them improve their life. No need to over-complicate 🙅‍♂️ Making good creatives is 80% of the job when doing ads on Facebook, most of the technical stuff is done by AI now. Thanks to the boost in traffic, I implemented a feedback loop: 1) Get new users 👥 2) Learn to know them with the onboarding form 💬 3) Make more ads based on the data you get from onboarding 📝 And it completely blew up. MRR doubled in ~2 months However... In May, I had a bad burnout 🥵😩 Multiple bugs slipped into the app, and I had to spend 2 days fixing everything in an emergency while revenues plummeted. This completely fucked me up mentally and had a hard time working on the app after that ( 💀💀 So I decided to list it on acquire.com and made a Twitter post ( I listed it for $200,000, a pretty low price considering the revenues and fast growth. I could have gotten $300,000 if I accepted payment over time, but $200,000 today is better than $300,000 tomorrow for me. 🚨 The process went smoothly until we tried to use Escrow, which almost fucked up the whole deal. (details: I got extremely lucky because the buyer really wanted to buy the app, but this could have ended the deal. We had to wait over a week to get the money back from them, even tho they said they already refunded it. But luckily, after threatening them, they sent it back the next day 🙃 The buyer finally got the money back, I transferred every asset to him, and he sent me the wire. With the profit made from the app + the sale, and other projects, I'm 30% away from being a millionaire 🤯 With this amount, I can pretty much retire in Asia if I want to. But that's just the beginning, I’m going to launch new projects soon! 🚀 But before that, I need to take a real vacation and detox. My brain is completely fucked up by those last 2 months. I gained weight, and got brain rot from scrolling all day waiting for the acquisition to move forward 💀💀 Surprisingly, doing absolutely nothing is 10x more exhausting than working 15h per day 🥱 Now, all this might sound like an overnight success. It is not ‼️ This is the result of 7 years of failure and working like a madman. I launched over 40 projects in those 7 years, and most of them failed. But a few took off, and that’s all I needed All those weeks working 15h/day without weekends and vacation feels soul-sucking when you don’t see the end, but this is what took me there You only need to win once to snowball everything. Work hard, focus, fail a lot and keep shipping fast. 🚀🚀 Thanks to you for reading until here, and thanks to everyone who supported me 🤞
