This may be just a one off incident due to weather or other technical issues. Haven’t seen a pattern in Japan. In India there are structural issues. Also, why BJP handles are keen to throw muck on even ally nations like Japan?

How many times is a Shinkansen late? May be once a year when it’s heavy snow or non force majeure issues. Living here for 24 years. Japan has its issues. But punctuality of trains is not one. Get a life beyond social media
