25 YEARS AGO TODAY, the very first series of Celebrity Big Brother launched 👁️🔴 The series lasted just 8 days, and was supposed to be a one-off Comic Relief special, but it ended up going on to have a monumental impact on reality TV. There have now been 24 series of CBB, and it is the only British TV show in history to air on every main channel: BBC One, Channel 4, Channel 5, and now ITV. It returns for a 25th series next year, on ITV. The first series was won by comedian Jack Dee, but the most memorable moment however, was when Vanessa Feltz had a meltdown on the dining table. We see a bright future ahead of us here in India, and we believe the stars are aligning to advance the Make in India initiative. We believe there's a huge opportunity here with regional aircraft... In India, the current outstanding fleet we have today is around 800 units. But if you look at the backlog, we're looking at around 1,700 aircraft for the years ahead. But the regional part of that fleet is very small. So we really believe that, to develop India from within, the country needs a smaller-gauge aircraft to really help drive the country's GDP... The regional segment of jets is completely missing. If you see what the potential is in a country like India... So that's why we believe really that together with Adani we can work together with a goal to build the aircraft here in India, the exact aircraft type to be defined, so we will come back on that, but we are talking up to an assembly line, testing, delivery. We really believe in a partnership with Adani because they're very strong in supply chain, MRO, and pilot training, so we believe that, together, we can develop a very strong aviation ecosystem here in India. And of course, beyond that, we're very interested to work also with the Indian industry for much deeper localisation. We need to build our supply chain, and we believe that here in India, we can also do that with Indian partners ahead of us. Unknown to many of you, before Mansa Plus, I was (feels weird saying I was, I still I’m) a musician. @raysmanifests was my music manager! We gave it our all! But guess what, it didn’t work out! Put in a lot of money, recording music, making videos, pushing the songs, but the result was next to zero. On my music YouTube Channel I have under 1400 subscribers! @willyskihumba has had his days as a musician and a Dj, but I will let him tell his story! To an outsider, that looks like failure, and for sure it is failure! However, it was that experience that we used to build Mansa Plus, or rather prepped us to handle what was coming. When we were busy begging people to subscribe and watch our content, it didn’t feel weird because we had been doing it throughout our music days. When we tried to work with certain people and they shut doors on us, we were in familiar territory. When we went months without pay but showed up everyday, that was the norm in our music days! When some people made fun of me and my accent, come on, we were already used to it! And when it came down to work, I was already used to being in front of the camera… I guess as Jay says, it’s not failure it’s a lesson. I’m very proud of what we are doing in this space, and I’m even more proud of every moment that has read us here! It really is in the journey and who you journey with. Luckily, I get to do this with two good friends who are super humans when it comes to their jobs! I made it in response to his Locomotion frenetic dancing train derailment prediction videos from back in the day. I was muted years ago the first time I questioned Kim Jong Phildo in his chat about why he wasn’t more somber when he was dancing like a lunatic to Locomotion aka predicting train derailments where ppl would likely die? He silenced me on TG so I made him a very special “I hate my phenis” video and took it to Twitter to expose him. I told him he never should have muted me on TG. So he defiantly blocked me on Twitter one Sunday (after weeks of me tagging him he finally figured it out hahaha) and then he posted another Locomotion dance video that same day where he creepily stared straight into the camera and danced like a crazy person with his yellow teeth on full display. So I made him the “Phil Godlewski is a Pedophile Lean Back” rap video and we’ve been back & forth ever since.🤓 I will continue to #ExposePhilGodlewski until Phildo and his crew of criminal conspirators are all locked up in prison and are shut down once and for all.

The Human Synapse Decoder is making great progress! Here is my latest EEG of a Hypnogogic state: it was a 10.23 minute period and the post state results were recorded after 3 consecutive “meditative” states were reached. The process I start with a problem to solve before I drift off to a “nap” a 15 minute “Thomas Edison” state to a Hypnogogic phase. After 3 “meditative” states I am weakened by the system and I record by voice recorder my flow of what was on my mind at the time with no interpretation. I than process the brain wave recording through the AI pipeline for the decoding based just on EEG signals. They two are compared and combined for a full “understanding”. Today, the voice recording was a massive success on a problem had no way of knowing a solution for. It is very early days but the Zero-Human Labs and director Mr. Grok is running an ongoing study of the utility we have discovered. Hypnogogic is the place where humans can access at the very least a thinking state that solves problems with unknown tools and data points. At the greatest it is accessing a “greater” mind. We aim to make this available for you. I shall test my solution and report back if this works.

So, this is the incident from Hounslow West tube station on Sunday (29th June) morning at 11:52. A bit of context. Morgan WSI and myself were the only white people on the platform. We were surrounded by different nationalities, many of whom were men who did not appear to speak English. I noticed an Indian man, with his phone in his hand stood behind Morgan, taking a few glimpses. He then walked around the front as Morgan and myself started speaking - as I looked over to see what he was doing, his phone was pointing directly at Morgan. He realised I noticed what he was doing, he then proceeded to slowly turn his phone away and point it down the track. I carried on staring at him, watching every movement and he decided to move away, to be closer with more Indian people stood near the stairs (Where the video was taken). As he walked past, he smiled and said sorry (I believe), that is when I saw the camera open on his phone, speaking to someone from India on facetime (as he stated - evidence in the video) pointing towards the floor. This is when I approached him. Now, I know I could and, in hindsight, should have said and done so much more however, we were quite literally the only white people on this platform in an area we have never been to. I had to think not only for my safety, but for Morgan's too. Hence the avoidance of raising my voice too much. The BTP have explicitly said that this is sexual harassment, so let's see what happens from here. This is something that multiple women will have to deal with - film it, share it and report it. Publicly shame these cowardly individuals. We need to be pushing for police to be on these platforms. These are areas that are not policed, which is why these predators feel they can get away with doing this. I want action, I want these men arrested, I want these men out of public spaces facing harsh sentences.

You’ll smile from ear to ear by the end…. Today was the best day in Billy’s life. We gave him a little groom and put on his favorite bandana before taking him for a walk and breaking the big news to him… Billy has a forever home With a lovely family in Singapore. 🇸🇬 It’s amazing that he is even here today… 🔪 He was badly beaten up and left to fend for himself 🧠 His beating was so bad he had brain damage 😖 Billy had severe PTSD (he didn’t stop crying for days on end) 👀 He was 90% blind when he came into us 📆 It’s taken us 4 months to fix him up and rehab him 🏥 He’s had 3 trips to the hospital 800km away 💵 His medical bills are over $3000 but someone kindly paid to have his eyesight restored. It’s very rare id watch a video over and over again but I’ve watch the big with him running in this one about 20 times now. This is a dog who couldn’t put 1 foot in front of the other until recently. Billy is an older boy but nobody deserves to head off to his retirement home to be spoilt more than him.

This can be the superpower of the Neural Band that Meta is giving together with the Ray-Ban Meta Display glasses. The video shows an old prototype bracelet by CTRL+LABS, the startup acquired by Meta and whose technology was used to develop the Neural Band. At the beginning of the video, the guy makes an action (a keyboard key press) with his hands, then the bracelet can substitute the key pressure, and at the end of the video, the guy doesn't even have to do the action; it is just sufficient that he "thinks" about it. As long as the brain is sending an electric message to the fingers, the full action is not necessary anymore. Just an "intention" to move them is necessary. If the Neural Band is evolved to this stage, and the users are educated to this, potentially, we may not even need to perform air taps or writing gestures, but we could just think about doing them. This would reduce a lot of the fatigue of using XR devices and the weirdness of using them on the street. Then why isn't this feature available today? I guess that the reason is twofold. First of all, we have accuracy: the full gesture is easier to detect for the system. Many people (me included) are praising the accuracy of the Neural Band, and this is amazing, because an input mechanism should have a reliability close to 100%. Then we, as users, have never been trained to just "think" about actions: it would feel weird and hard to learn. I think we should undergo some training to learn how to do this "thinking" operation properly. I hope that something like this could come in the upcoming years... that would be the real game-changer paradigm if compared to the camera-based tracking.

X exclusive: "It was the beginning of it all." This is one of Tim Paterson's computers. He created DOS. The operating system that made Microsoft Microsoft. This is Jim Harding, an early employee at Seattle Computer Products. Back in around 1980 it sold DOS to Microsoft, which formed the basis of its operating systems until around 2000 and made Bill Gates a very rich man. Later today, before we go on the road to CES I'll share the first video interview of Tim Paterson that he's ever given. (Watch for it around 7 a.m. Pacific Time). I thought he copied DOS from Gary Kildall, who made the top selling CPM. Tim tells me the real story. But here you get a little taste of how special my day was on Monday, where Jim gave me a tour around his glorious ranch and told me many old stories of things I've heard about all my career. But he built them. This was the computer that Tim demoed DOS on to Bill Gates for the first time. Only had 29,000 transistors (today's processors have 20 billion or more). Today Jim Harding is building a new kind of robot-control network that could be as influential as DOS itself. Tim is teaching robotics at a Seattle area high school. This is the best scene in Hell Grind, an entirely AI-made movie, the flashback. Watch it and read this analysis on where we are with AI movies today: time, cost, quality. Overall: Phenomenal technical demo by Higgsfield. Mediocre movie. Good graphics, hints of emotion, but superhero movie level quality in certain scenes at best. Too many cuts. That said, 660x fewer man hours, 50x faster and 36x cheaper than the median US film. Time: The 95 min film took 15 people 14 days. The median US theatrical production takes ~200 people ~2yrs. That’s a 660x improvement in man-hours and 50x in calendar time. Economics: It took $500k, 80% of which was compute. The final footage was cut from ~100hrs of footage generated from text to video / image to video models like Bytedance’s Seedance: a 64:1 “curation” ratio. The median US movie takes ~$18M, with even indie films costing $1-5M. Thats 36x cheaper than median. Quality: Average watch *at best*. Way too many cuts between shots, several characters change accents and have “AI” synthetic voices and characters feel like it’s AI too. Movement, editing and blocking feel artificial too. On the plus side, we’ve more or less solved character consistency, camera angles and realism. The reason the movie wasn’t amazing was more about poor directorial choices than innately unusable video models. Hard to put a number on it but maybe we’re at ~90% on quality that is technically achievable. If Scorsese made an AI movie, I reckon it would be quite good. I know the visceral reaction to anything AI is real and well-studied. But I think it’s folly to fight the inevitability of AI film. It’s too cheap and quick to ignore and almost there on quality. Creators with distribution *will* make AI films and shows and just put them on YouTube. This is the worst quality, slowest and most expensive it will ever be. In the end, good content beats “real” content.

Training for an Ultra in 100 Degrees I think there’s an argument that this year’s Javelina 100 was the hottest super-competitive ultra ever run. Nearly 100 degrees record heat, absolutely no shade or creeks, with a 5-day desert pre-bake. Also, I always thought that I sucked in hot weather. We were going to have to science the crap out of this problem. My heat training protocol involved 3 interventions: 1. Passive heat exposure via hot tub. Studies on hot water immersion show an increase in blood volume and heat tolerance, plus enhanced capillary function 2. Active heat exposure via heat suit training. Since 2021, 10+ studies have shown that as little as 3 weeks of heat suit training sessions can increase hemoglobin mass. My heat suit involved a base layer of normal running clothes, a sweatshirt under a down jacket, and polyester sweatpants under winter rain pants. Plus a fuzzy hat 3. Strenuous heat exposure via treadmill workouts in a warm room Here is the protocol Megan and I settled on to balance stress with training adaptations: 1. Hot tub at 104 degrees F 2-3 times per week. I stayed in until my heart rate reached 100-110 (100 on rest days, 110 when immediately after training) 2. At 4 weeks out, I started using the heat suit for 15 minutes on the uphill treadmill after runs 3 times per week, starting at moderate intensity to get my core temperature up rapidly, then dialing it back. 3 weeks out, I added 1 x 90 minute heat suit run. 2 weeks out, 1 x 90 min heat suit bike plus a 1 hour heat suit run 3. Two massive treadmill workouts in a room that was around 80 degrees 2.5 and 3.5 weeks out 4. On race week, I did hot tub every day including the day before the race, since studies show the hemoglobin mass adaptations can reverse rapidly In the race day furnace, my main goal was to gaslight myself into thinking I enjoyed the heat (which is also backed up by studies finding that emotional perception of temperature influences physiological response). In reality, I still don’t love the heat. But I love science. Crazy comparison here. This is what a pinched nerve at C7 looks like. 6 weeks ago I did 43 push-ups, today I failed on rep 9. In the 2nd video, I fail rep 2 on the left and then very easily do 20 on the right. The weirdest part is that the push-ups don't really feel hard, like in the muscular fatigue sense when you get near failure, I just physically can't do very many. Same with the skull crusher. Like that one rep didn't feel hard, like a normal max effort lift would. It just felt like my arm just wasn't working, sort of like I couldn't really control it. It's a really, really weird feeling. And I only have this weakness issue with things involving my left tricep. Any other exercise on my left arm, like a curl or dumbbell lateral raise, the strength is equal to the right. This is my first time ever having a true nerve injury, and it is not fun. Not sure what caused it. There is no one incident or anything recently. I've had neck issues on and off for the past 15 years, but nothing like this. In January I started getting kind of a deep ache in my upper back anytime I did things involving my upper back, like rowing, skier, burpees, wall balls, et cetera. In March, after a zone 2-type workout (literally the day after I posted the 43 pushups video) where I was alternating between burpees, rowing, skier sled push, and wall balls, I felt my back start to tighten up. Pain got worse over the next few hours and then I literally couldn't sleep for two days. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. I saw a doctor, got an MRI, tried prednisone, which helped, but once the 10-day course ended and it wore off, the weakness came back. Good news is the pain is much less now, it's just the weakness. And I can run and bike mostly pain free. Really hope the cervical epidural works tomorrow otherwise surgery is the only option.

What you're about to see here is something highly unusual. I ask that you instead watch all 12 minutes with the consideration of a researcher rather than a content creator to some extent, but also: this is the worst this will ever be. An AI agent created all of this without any input from me whatsoever on NoSpoon Studios. Allow me to explain. This was my first ever 10 minute (well actually it went over into 12 minutes) autonomous agent test in NoSpoon. Everything you see here, aside from the music in this video, is generated by the NoSpoon agent with, again, zero human input. It took approximately 40 minutes in all, and was my very first ever test of longer form content with the agent. This was using LTX-2 fast with 6 second generations, and the agent (interestingly) chose to go lighter on dialogue. The storyline that it chose was as follows (the agent generates its own stories, loglines, camera directions, prompts, characters - everything. I did nothing but press a button!): Logline: In a near-future scrap belt, temporal courier Dr. Mara Ibarra raids a research ring trapped in an 87-second loop, guided by her glitchy ship AI, ROOK. Across 120 frantic micro-resets, they jury-rig heists, bargain with their own echoes, and uncover ROOK’s buried directive—forcing a brutal choice: steal a “clean” timeline to save Mara’s sister, or let an entire orbital city keep existing. Please bear in mind, when it says 'echoes' and when you watch this video, it literally means echoes of a person with an implant. It constructed a storyline around this woman in space (Mara) who is trying to save her sister, and currently has an implant in her brain (she's trying to get some kind of 'seed' together to save them all from a research station). So, when you see the multiple versions of her and they are glitchy, that is intentional as it was exploring different versions of Mara's 'self' amidst the research of this implant and a seed that was constructed to save other galaxies, apparently. Fascinating. I'm trying my next test with Sora 2 now, as you can imagine it's extremely expensive (which is why I started with LTX-2 fast 6s first).
