Deandre was a good athlete and solid scorer after 4 years of college. AJ is going to be the best athlete on the floor in pretty much every NBA game he plays in and led the nation in scoring as a freshman. The comparison makes no sense if you’ve ever watched either guy play.

No not really that’s my only worry with Trae young, I hate players like that to an extent especially when u are not a top tier shot creator for yourself. His game turns everyone into role players. U have to get him off ball gotta be 50/50

Different situations though. Hunter situation was 7 years ago and Trae was the clear #1 guy for the Hawks back then. Hunter was a 22 year old rookie drafted to be a 3&D role player alongside Trae. The Wizards tanked years for a player like AJ and he will certainly be top priority
