They forgot to mention Daley sold the parking meters for $1 Billion less than what they were worth.

My idea is for the city to stop enforcing paying the meter. No more parking tickets, only tows. People happy with more free parking, no revenue to the offshore LLC, and Chicago can renegotiate deal with leverage.
