I once answered redheads. It was a moment frozen in time when I realized what I muttered. Got the job.

The secret to not eating Oreos is to not buy them. But yeah, a full container MIGHT last into the 2nd day.

Best. If an employer can't appreciate that kind of honesty (those are the weaknesses we most readily see in ourselves), they're not the kind of people you want to work for. Besides; it's a dumb, played-out question. Everyone's waiting for it, and has a meaningless answer on-tap.

"What's your biggest weakness?" "Being honest." "That's not a weakness." "I don't give fuck what you think."

Tbh I’d hire this guy pretty honest 😂

I would hired that guy on the spot!!! I hate that question, fill no purpose, but asked that as a joke one time in an interview. The girl said "Its hard to be modest when you perfect". She worked for me for 3 years until she moved. Great hire!

I did this once too and said chocolate 🍫 🤪

That really is a great answer!!

Fuck those humiliation rituals. Ask the interviewer about their goals. Promise you’ll help them meet them. Outperform all your coworkers. Help your managers get promoted. Have the company love you. And from there, you now have multiple paths

Bring notes. I always did. They would also include questions I had. Most questions would be answered before i could ask. I'd write the answer down and take other notes even though I didn't need to. I'd do it so they'd see my interest and see me taking notes. At the end when they asked if i had any questions, I could flip through like I had a ton of info and they could see I had questions for them but they already answered them, unless they didn't. Like RL Polk. When I researched them beforehand, I saw they had numerous mass layoffs that made the paper. Should have been a red flag. They must have used the 3 envelope management style. 3 envelope management style: A new manager opens his desk for the first time and finds a note with 3 envelopes. The note says, when you have a major issue, open an envelooe. So he's going along and the first major issue comes along. He opens his drawer and removes the first envelooe. It tells him to 'Blame the previous manager' A little time goes by and a Second major issue arises. He takes out the second envelope and opens it to find the advice: 'Reorganize the company' Finally, a third major issue comes to pass. He goes for that Third envelope as the first 2 have saved his ass. It reads 'Make 3 envelopes!' 😬 RL Polk no longer exists. They were bought out. The first company to purchase ALL your info and sell it. The first company to create city directories, which was how they started. The first company to send automotive manufacturers their adhoc reports across the internet. (That was me, whoop, whoop) This gave the auto manufacturers their data in 4 days rather than 4 weeks without the bricks and bricks of paper. I will never not be proud of that little bit of code that was Soooo clean. Because everyone on the automotive team was a backend mainframe programmer and not a front end windows applications programmer, I got the assignment (one of my first) and went to Detroit to do the presentation to Ford. Needless to say, yes, they wanted their data much quicker without killing numerous trees. They could also print only the pages they wanted or export them to an excel spreadsheet. This gave them the ability to use their own formulas to customize the reports themselves. Then every manufacturer wanted them. The code was so perfect that a few people could do the work of an entire team. Probably why they closed Cincinnati and moved operations to Detroit years before they were sold. Guess they couldn't keep up after I left. Hmmm, maybe they shouldn't have stolen my $750 at a time I really needed it.

Nabisco missing the perfect commercial..

I always used spelling and grammar as my weakness. But over the last several years I have worked on it through reading and journal entries. Not too critical of a flaw and by working on it shows you are self aware.

My gf was asked in an interview what famous person dead or alive would she most like to have dinner with and she said Adolf Hitler. 😭😭

Did not see that coming. Genuinely made me laugh.

Your biggest weakness is you’re workaholic and extremely competitive. You never actually say a weakness, you flip it into a positive.

I told them they would need to ask my wife she would probably give you a ear full.

I’m sorry if somebody ever said that in an interview immediately they’re getting the job because that would be the funniest shit ever🤣🤣🤣🤣 because I know exactly what the hell he is talking about🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Make it normal everyone should start saying that when that question arises during an interview.! lol 😆 what’s your biggest weakness??? Oreos!! everyone say Oreos and watch it make headlines! lol and other news, Oreos

oreos and milk are such a good duo, its hard to not eat as many as you have milk for. you just can't buy them. don't have them in the house and you wont eat them. if they're in the house, its over.

Twinkies and Ice Cream sandwiches are my biggest weakness.

Best answer. Job interviews are so fake. Id rather interview someone when they don't know it off the clock.

No way 😂

I would have hired you on the spot

You know what, you can recover from that. First day just bring oreos.

Omg too funny 😂!

What’s your dream job? My answer: To host the Price is Right

Call Nabisco!

Whenever they ask me my biggest weakness, I always say, “Kryptonite.”

Apply for Nabisco🤷♂️

lmao W answer

That is not bombing…that is an excellent answer.

I’m retiring in a year, and I can’t wait to say that kind of stuff in a job interview, I’m just gonna do job interviews for fun. I don’t need a job. I’ll work for myself. I also can’t wait to get a job and then quit. I’ve never done that.

I would have loved that answer when I interview.

They have a $8 giant box at Costco now. I use them for crusts if they don’t get eaten first
