My best mate is a Chippie and does first fixing for luxury new builds and earns a fortune even though I wouldn’t trust him to hang a door for me. He’s awful.

New builds are terrible, don’t think they will be standing in a 100 years not like my Edwardian terrace .

those masonry weepholes are supposed to look like this. Theyre also supposed to be laid with the bricks and not drilled in afterwards.
