he fails to mention that doors in Russia swing outward and not inward which I think is much more interesting than the material or thickness of the door.

People who want to get it will find a way in. Nobody is gonna break down the door with an axe, they'll just lockpick it or destroy the different locks. Russsian doors like these are just a rudimentary leftover from the 90s
