Hard fucking pass. EA aside, giving it a Battlefield style gameplay loop would feel more like it's just a Battlefield clone. There's already plenty of things akin to this.

I get the concept, but I wouldn't get my hopes up, even if that did happen. Don't be surprised if they drop the ball with it like they did their first Battlefront. It seems to take them 2 tries to even get the concept right.

A Battlefield/Battlefront-style game in the Halo universe would indeed go super hard. HOWEVER I wouldn't in a million years give EA the rights to Halo unless they somehow managed to completely 180 into an actually respectable company.

I would not get my hopes up even IF DICE and EA gets the IP for Halo. Even since there is word that Activision is going to be having the Halo IP. I would settle for Saber to make a SM2 style Spartan PVE. EA and DICE are a HARD pass.
