This is for people who want to waste money. The steering wheel has the only buttons you need. Right button, push in, speak command. I rarely touch the screen.

It’s like people miss blackberries when iphone first came out 😂

I am with @woodhaus2. Buttons and knobs are areas where debris can build up. The goal is to make the car look and feel new even years down the road.

Many people ask me : where is the dashboard ? I answer : it is no longer necessary With autonomy, all these buttons and controls will become irrelevant

After 3 days you realise the best button is no button.

I’ve never gotten the weirdo obsession with removing buttons and physical controls. You want minimal beauty? Check out Teenage Engineering’s synths or Apple’s use of haptics in almost all of their products. Timeless hardware has controls — just quality ones. This looks neat.

If it was such a good idea, how come this isn’t what we have now.

Really have no idea why anyone would want this, once they've had the car for a few weeks. Only reviewers miss buttons. On every car I've had, I set the ac to what I want then leave it there for a long as I own the car.

I kinda dig the smart aftermarket buttons you can program and stick on the dash. Yes everything can also be done with voice or screen, but a couple buttons still feels simple and nice. Glovebox, climate off/on, autopilot off/on.
