Outside the fact it is in Lagos which is an automatic NO for me, this duplex going for 450m naira (970k usd). Compared to a similar priced house in Atlanta - a major industrial city in America - you’ll see why buying a house in Lagos is almost idiotic. Outside of the increased xenophobic messaging and posturing, it doesn’t even make a single economic sense.
