That's a lot of work for $700. Must be a scammer or a desperate person. Whoever it is, to dump that much you'd have to pay a fee to dump it at the landfill. If it's a scammer, they'll either take the money first and never show up, or they'll take the money and dump on vacant land or in the woods. No, that's not enough. I'd be suspicious.

Agreed. $700 would not cover the cost of the dumpster rentals. Dumpster rentals (Probably 4 to 5) + Bobcat with grapple rental. They might* be able to do that in a day if the stars line up. So that is closer to $3K. With the dumpster rentals being the biggest part.

$700 is not enough unless the person already owns his own roll-off dumpsters and has free dumping rights at the local landfill. It looks like at least 2 loads for a 30-yard 20' roll-off dumpster. It would cost around $700 to dump that at my local landfill which charges $70 a ton to drop. There might be over 10 tons of trash there. If you need to bag that trash the bags would cost more than $700. 42-gallon heavy duty trash bags cost $1 each at Lowe's. There is no profit margin in a $700 bid if you need to hire help to pick up all that trash, bag it (or not) and load it into a dumpster. I would not be surprised if that bid was missing a ZERO as $7,000 would not be outrageous in most states.

The only way this gets cleaned out at 700$ is a conveyer belt goes to the truck that hauls it off. 7 people constantly load the trash for one hour. If that works....

I would do it for that if I could just toss it all in the dumpster. It wouldn't take long if I didn't have to go through it. You know just a shovel and a dumpster.
