Nope. Would be pretty easy to slow down & make any sort of attempt to create distance… instantly pulling a gun & firing the first shots… seems like the aggressor. Especially after brake checking a guy…

I didn’t see the guy in smaller car with a gun, I saw what looked like a guy trying to look out of his window to see the guy that brake-checked him, and the brim of his ball cap was silhouetted…but I can’t say for sure, and likely could the driver of the truck. If one isn’t certain, maybe don’t start firing a gun at another car while driving at highway speeds? Poor decision making, on both parts, all the way around

This gives 2A a bad name. WTF is he thinking. Shooting from & at a moving vehicle with no regard to other motorists. What if by some slim chance he hits the driver, send out of control into another car killing or injuring that person or several. He wasn’t justified to begin with.

He is legit, brake check or not. The driver rammed his vehicle and pulled a gun. Shooting wasn’t just “muh he drove past me” the dude actually stuck a gun out of the window in threatening manner.

Yes self defense as soon as he saw a gun waving around
