They believe it to be natural because the TV portrays it and everything they watch every programming shows them be different already indoctrinating them at an early age. Every TV show every gaming system they’re surrounded they don’t know. They honestly don’t know.

The problem with this display is that the whole thing looks a little too contrived. If the child took a notion to play like he's female, I doubt at that age there would be such an attention to detail, with the eye makeup seemingly regularly applied. I think he's being influenced.
