This looks amazing on social media, but real life is a whole different story. My first priority is protecting my family. If some armed guy lands on my property and ends up staring down the barrel of my 12-gauge, I’m not lowering my weapon, and I’m definitely not doing small talk.

No. I'm too old and broken to take that kind of chance. When you get to my age and condition, "fair" fights are not an option. So in this instance, the intruder would have been popped from cover. But then this scenario would be very unlikely as I live far from a city.
