I would leave it, but my decision making may be compromised 😂

I'd definitely leave it and fill in the indentations with a clear epoxy to smooth it out, while preserved the pawprints. Oh, and I'd probably take the dog straight to the vet because that stuff can cause burns on delicate paw pads.

Get enough views of your dog walking across it on social media, and it might pay for the driveway! 🤯 That's why these kids clean-up yards for free. They film it and make like $4000 on views for mowing one lawn.

It still functions as a driveway; what's the big deal? Now it has an (unintended) cute story to tell.

My mom's cat did that when they poured the concrete in the aisle of her horse barn - they left her footprints as she didn't sink too far. It was very cute.

Well you have to fix it because the flaws will make it break down and it's supposed to be smooth for cars and bikes and such. Cute though.

The concrete was too fresh/wet, otherwise I'd leave it.

Awww ... If it had set longer so as not to sink as deeply, AND if the owner had wanted it then it's fine. Prints that deep compromise the work though. Fortunately it's fresh enough to smooth it over. Note the worker is likely texting the owner. "add on another hundred!"
