This couple is having a custom home built. But the first thing she notices is the two columns on the front entrance/porch. They aren’t even. Once the stone is put on the difference will be more noticeable as the right side column looking out will have the stone hanging over the concrete slab. Many said it wouldn’t be that noticeable. 🤯 But many others said if you are having a custom house built, you tell them you want it redone, that it is unacceptable. Some said make the wood columns smaller, while others said have more concrete poured on the sides of the slab. Too many times have I seen new homeowners let small stuff go. Why? You are paying for it, so it should be done perfect. 💯 Would you let it go? Or, would you tell them that is unacceptable? How would you fix this? Pour more concrete on the sides? Make smaller columns? What’s the solution?

This lady lives across the street from this. Her neighbors park two tow trucks in the driveway, a moving truck in front of the house and a pickup truck on the street the next house over. Surprisingly they live in an HOA but the HOA refuses to do anything about it. Would you be good with this? Would you just let it be? Or, would you complain to the city?

It’s chilly tonight! I added more warmed blankets to the couch. They hang down and Bruiser likes to sit under the couch in a kind of fort. I gave him the snugglesafe and put out the electric warming pad for the heated house he won’t use. Not sure it does much but he was on it!

So today, you celebrate the Supreme Court’s decision against us. You clap, you smile, you call it “justice.” But I am Bhairava… a dog who never asked for your food, your house, your riches. You can cut the cost and save alot of money on a slab by using safdeck steel sheets sitting on steel members. You would only need to do 4 inches of concrete and you will have a very solid floor that does not vibrate when people wall on it or jump. Very ideal for commercial construction like malls, night clubs, showrooms etc Correction: 80k to 100k for a 12 metre beam not 6 metre beam

This young lady’s parents are selling her childhood home. She is walking through her house and wants to show off the coolest thing about the house. She opens a door and as she walks through there is a long tunnel that goes under the yard up above and connects to the back side of the house into a beautiful room and a back deck with a beautiful view. I’ve never seen a house like that. Also, am I the only one who thought the first hallway was a painting? 🤯 Have you ever seen a house like this with a tunnel like that? Why on Earth would you be selling it? Shouldn’t that type of house be kept in your family forever? How cool is that?
